Unblob the blob.

Not quite Christmas, but I was still excited when I found a Santa watch face to download the other day. Yesterday, it joined me on what I think is the last outdoor yoga class of the year. The weather was great for it, but the forecast is telling me that summer is over. But that also means we are one step closer to winter being over. I realize it hasn’t started yet, but it will. I’ve always thought I need to embrace something about winter: snowshoeing, cross country skiing, becoming a hot chocolate aficionado, etc. I have not accomplished that task yet, but it would certainly make me not think of winter as a cold blob that gets in the way. At least there’s Christmas to associate with winter, but without that, it would be that much bleaker. I will figure it out this year. Figure out how to unblob the blob.

Ho Ho Ho!

After sweating from yoga, I got a little cool down walk in. Multiple oak tress said “hello” to me as I passed. Swamp white oaks. The tallest known reaching clear up to 95 feet.

A bridge to a far off land (Nebraska).

I’ve driven over that bridge many times, but have never thought about what was under me as I did. The underneath of the bridge. My little walk allowed me to see. If I didn’t know what this photo was, I wonder if I’d be able to guess. I’m assuming not.

The other side of the road.
