No specific reason to post something, other than that I’ve been horrible at staying up on it. Lots of life has happened, which I may tell myself is a good excuse that I’ve been absent, but I need not dwell on that and just type something.

I’ve gone to yoga class, jogged, biked, walked, and swam in the past week. I’m happy to have those, and am hopeful to embrace all else that helps me be happier and healthier.
